Gardner Questions Insurance Providers on Plan Cancellations

Washington, DC – During an Energy & Commerce Committee hearing today, Congressman Cory Gardner (CO-04) questioned six representatives from insurance companies regarding the millions of cancellation notices that Americans have received. The witnesses confirmed that these cancellation notices were sent out due to the President’s healthcare law. It was also disclosed that millions more Americans will see their plans canceled when the President’s healthcare law is fully enforced.
