Gardner Comments on Newest Obamacare Delay

Washington, DC – Rep. Cory Gardner (CO-4) made the following comments on the Obama administration’s decision to further delay the Employer Mandate provision of the President’s healthcare law:

“Another day, another delay. The administration is now rolling back more deadlines for big business while keeping the law’s squeeze on the middle class and working families. If President Obama wants to talk about equality in America, he should start by giving the American people the same exemptions he’s giving businesses. But we need to do more than just delay parts and pieces of this law for certain sectors; we must exempt everyone from Obamacare by repealing it in full and replacing it with something that actually works.”
